I have earned rank in three different styles of martial art.  In my 25+  years of training I have learned a lot of kata's.  Our library will not only teach you the kata but several break downs and a little history as well.  new katas added on a regular basis

FLEXIBILITY/KICK TRAINING

Cuz kicks are cool, and being flexy keeps you in the game

Flexibility is your single best ally for injury prevention.  And having fun with kick drills is really what kept me coming back to class
